In the evening, we offer a convivial dinner inspired by Apulian cuisine, with dishes prepared with local ingredients and designed to be shared. A bottle of wine for every two people is included.

An after-dinner drink that lights up the night with lanterns and stars. Amidst music and a relaxing atmosphere, you can enjoy premium bitters and spirits.

From 7:30 pm onwards, we greet the sun with a toast and celebrate ancient peasant traditions with taralli, olives, Apulian frise and "spunzati" tomatoes. An authentic sensory experience with a journey into the culture and flavours of Puglia.
